Hosted by Fort Fisher State Recreation Area, join us for the annual First Day Hike at Fort Fisher SRA. We will hike the Basin Trail at 1pm, meet at the flagpole in front of the Visitor's Center. The Basin Trail is an easy hike and will take us to views of Zeke's Island for a total roundtrip of two miles. Please dress for the weather, wear appropriate shoes, and bring water.

Join the Friends of Pleasure Island State Parks for hot chocolate, warm apple cider and fellowship in the exhibit room at the visitor's center after the hike.
